UA Cossatot offers full-time employees a wide range of benefits.  Offerings include health, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability, prescription plan,  and critical illness insurance options.  Full-time employees also receive paid vacation and sick leave, and an excellent retirment plan with employer matched contributions up to 10%.  Employees may also receive educational assistance, in the form of free or reduced tuition, or tuition reimbursements.  Dependents of full-time employees may receive as much as a 40% tuition waiver at any UA System school.
