Degree: Broadcasting Technical Certificate
Courses are also available as stackable Certificates of Proficiency and as a transferable Associate of Science in Liberal Arts & Sciences
Time to complete: While there is no specific timeline for completion, a focused student may complete a Certificate of Proficiency in one semester and the entire Technical Certificate in two semesters.
What: The UA Cossatot Broadcasting program is designed to provide students with specialized training in the application of basic principles, operations, and use of radio, broadcasting, and peripheral devices and operating systems, as well as presentation and writing methods needed. Students will also gain on-air experience in a working radio station.
Where: Broadcasting courses are on the De Queen and Nashville campuses with core college courses available in class or online.
When: For 2019, broadcasting classes are offered Monday through Thursday, with general education courses offered on-campus and online. See a complete schedule on the Class Schedules page.

Employment: This program prepares students for entrance into a broadcasting career, including radio and television show production and hosting, podcast production, and more.
