	The Evelyn & Ray Kimball Library has a collection of materials including reference books, periodicals, newspapers, magazines and computer stations equipped with CD-ROM capability and Internet access. Approximately 6,000 volumes are available to students. Students are encouraged to use the Kimball library as a place to read, study, do research, and complete class assignments.
	Spring/Fall Semesters Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. -7:00 p.m. Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.	Summer Terms Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
	The library staff is happy to acquaint students and faculty with the library and its resources. Orientations can be scheduled by contacting the Director of Library Services.
	Interlibrary loan is a service for obtaining loans of books and copies of articles from other libraries. Through electronic resource sharing in a computer network of libraries nationwide, our library is able to provide access to materials that would not be available otherwise. Delivery of interlibrary loan materials varies greatly. Please allow at least three weeks from the time the item is requested to the time that the item will be needed.
	The loan period is two weeks with the privilege of renewal. A maximum of five books may be checked out at any given time.
	Audio – Visual items (Video, audio, posters, maps) may be checked out for overnight use only.
	Reference materials may be checked out for overnight use. Magazines – past issues may be checked out for one week.
	Overdue notices will be e-mailed, mailed, or telephoned when materials are not returned by the due date. All materials checked out by a student must be returned before a student can receive his/her grades, diploma, or transcript. A student must pay for any lost or damaged material.
