6. Contacted the Campus Bookstore about books for your course?
7. Received information from the Distance Learning Department with instructions on how to access your on-line course?
8. Contacted your instructor?

Internet courses are not for everyone! CCCUA strives to offer the very best in quality on-line education, but on-line learning is not for all students. On-line courses require self-discipline, hard work, and the proper hardware and software products. The majority of communication between the student and instructor is accomplished through e-mail therefore a valid e-mail address is a must.
